Sacred Container & Participation Alignment

Our retreats are sacred spaces guided by intention, care, and responsibility. By registering, you acknowledge that payment does not automatically guarantee participation.

All guests must be approved through our review process to ensure safety, readiness, and alignment with the retreat experience. If at any point we feel that participation is not in the highest good of the individual or the group, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue participation.

In such cases, retreat payments will be fully refunded. Any external costs, including flights or travel arrangements, are not reimbursable.

This policy exists to honor the wellbeing, safety, and integrity of everyone within the retreat container.
